About
I came up through the Marine Corps, where I learned quickly that the difference between a smooth operation and a chaotic one often comes down to systems, communication, and who's willing to own the problem. I brought that same mindset into a civilian career built entirely around operations and technology.
For more than eight years, I served as Director of Business Operations at Kent Hospitality Group — a multi-concept hospitality company spanning restaurants, bakeries, and athletic clubs across 15 properties and more than 600 employees. I came in early and helped build the operations and technology infrastructure from the ground up: networks, POS systems, email and communications platforms, procurement processes, staff systems, and everything in between.
I was the person people called when something broke — and the person who tried to make sure it didn't. I come from a family of engineers and builders. I tinker. I develop apps in my spare time. And I genuinely like working through hard problems with people who care about what they're building.
Tilden exists because most small businesses — restaurants, law offices, accounting firms — deserve a real technology partner, not a vendor hotline. If something comes up we haven't seen before, we'll figure it out.
